Megan:

I grew up in the Richmond area. After high school, I followed the family footsteps (Mom, Dad, and my brother) by attending Campbell University for undergraduate work. After taking a semester off, I went to Columbia International University (CIU) for a brief year to begin a master’s degree before changing career tracks and colleges. I moved to Greenville, NC to work on a MA/CAS in school psychology at ECU. Following an internship in the Hampton Roads area, I returned to work for my home county in the Richmond area in July 2004. The return to Richmond, though somewhat unexpected, has been a great move, and I’ve enjoyed the added bonus of meeting Brian!

I grew up on the Northern Neck of Virginia in a small town called White Stone. In 1991 we moved to Goochland. In 1994 I graduated from Goochland High School and went to spend my next 6 years, earning two degrees, at Virginia Tech. After graduating I stayed in Blacksburg for another 4 years working as a programmer for 2 different small companies. I took a job that brought me back to the Richmond area and I'm thankful I did, because here I met Megan!
